[Efficiency of uroprofit in women with chronic cystitis].

From September 2011 to December 2011, 40 women aged 20-68 years with chronic cystitis were examined. All patients were divided into two groups of 20 people depending on the type of treatment. Control group of patients received monotherapy with fosfomycin (monural), main group of patients--complex therapy with fosfomycin and biologically active supplement uroprofit.

[Modern approaches to the treatment of patients with overactive bladder and urge urinary incontinence].

Overactive bladder (OAB) is found in 20% of patients with various disorders of urination, and the imperative urinary incontinence diagnosed in one third of these patients. The study was aimed to improvement the treatment outcomes in OAB women with imperative incontinence and obstructive urination disorders by using a combination of alpha1-adrenoblockers and PDE-5 inhibitors, and to evaluation of relationship between clinical and urodynamic manifestations of the disease. The state of the microcirculation of the bladder mucosa before and after treatment was also evaluated.

[Correction of urodynamic disorders in women with obstructive urination].

From a position of urodynamic evaluation, obstructive urination represents a violation of the phase of urinary bladder emptying. The study was aimed to evaluation of urodynamic parameters in women with obstructive urination on a background of conservative treatment. The study included 40 women with obstructive urination aged 26 to 72 years.

[Using zidena in the treatment of erectile dysfunction associated with stress-induced arterial hypertension in workers of locomotive teams].

Thirty train drivers with erectile dysfunction (ED) and arterial hypertension were examined : physical examination, blood count, urinalysis, penile laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF). ED severity was assessed by Loran-Segal questionnaire of male copulative function (MCF) and international index of erectile function (IIEF). Zidena was used in a dose 100 mg 30 min before coitus twice a weak.
