Aim: To determine biomarkers of anemia of chronic disease (ACD) in patients with glomerulonephritis (GN) in the early stages of CKD, to assess their role as risk factors for cardiovascular complications (CVС).

Materials And Methods: Seventy nine patients with GN were studied, among them: 40 with primary сhronic GN (CGN), 39 with secondary forms:19 - GN with ANCA-associated systemic vasculitis, 20 - GN with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) at early (all I-II) CKD stages. In all patients, the level of serum C-reactive protein (CRP), hepcidin, interferon γ, and the circulating form of protein Klotho (s-Klotho) were determined.

Objective: The aim of the study was an analysis of changes in the legal institution of voluntary medical insurance program (and their possible consequences) in order to make proposals for the settlement of disputed issues.

Material And Methods: Using the content analysis method 19 sources of regulatory legal documentation on the legal phenomena of voluntary medical insurance were studied, of which 6 are federal laws and the Code, 3 are Government resolutions of the Russian Federation, 7 are regulatory legal acts of federal executive authorities, 3 are other regulatory documents. In order to search for the primary material, computer databases of the legal reference systems ConsultantPlus, Guarantor and Pravo.

For the first time, a prototype of a portable device for the potentiometric determination of antioxidant capacity based on a new measurement principle is proposed. A feature of the approach is the use of an electrochemical microcell with separated spaces and two identical electrodes with immobilized reagents. An antioxidant solution is introduced into one half-cell, and the antioxidants interact with the reagents.

A new family of compounds ACu TeO (SO ) Cl (A=Na, K, Rb, Cs) isostructural to mineral Nabokoite (K species) was synthesized by solid state and gas transport reactions in sealed ampoules and characterized in measurements of magnetization and specific heat in a wide temperature range. These complex compounds are of the utmost interest as a testing playground to study the properties of quasi-two-dimensional magnets with a square kagome lattice geometry. A quantum ground state of such a corner-sharing network is a spin liquid.

PbCu(SeO)(OH), the selenate sibling of the mineral linarite, was synthesized hydrothermally, investigated in measurements of magnetization , specific heat and dielectric permittivity , and analyzed within density functional theory formalism. This quasi-one-dimensional compound evidences formation of a short-range correlation regime at ~ 8 K and experiences a long-range magnetic order at = 4.3 K.
