Design: This is an observational registry study using prospectively collected data from the Safe Implementation of Treatment in Stroke (SITS) registry. Comparisons will be performed between patients treated post-approval (July 2018 to December 2021) period with those treated pre-approval (June 2015 to June 2018) period using propensity score matching (PSM).
Herein, we report the methodological impact on the curing kinetics of bone cement based on polymer nanocomposites prepared using different methods. Poly (styrene--methylmethacrylate)-2D nanofiller nanocomposites (P(S-MMA)-2D Nanofiller) were prepared using bulk and suspension polymerization methods to study the effect of the different methods. The prepared nanocomposites were well-characterized for chemical, thermal, mechanical, and structural characteristics using Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), nano-indentation, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques, respectively.

Molecular imaging of PCa using targeted radiopharmaceuticals specifically to PCa cells promises accurate staging of primary disease, detection of localized and metastasized tumours, and helps predict the progression of the disease. Glutamate urea heterodimers have been popularly used as high-affinity small molecules in the binding pockets of popular and well-characterized PCa biomarker, prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA).

To overcome cultivability constraints, this study aims to identify new potential extradiol dioxygenases using the functional metagenomics approach. RW1-4CC, a novel catechol 2,3-dioxygenase, was isolated using functional metagenomics approach, expressed in a heterologous system, and characterized thoroughly using state-of-the-art techniques.
