For the first time the etiological structure of viral hepatitis in the Far East, in Khabarovsk, has been studied. The leading etiological form of viral hepatitis is hepatitis A. The spread of hepatitis B and nondifferentiated hepatitis is less than that of hepatitis A.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFRadioimmunoassay (RIA) with autoradiographic registration of the results was used to study 11 monoclonal antibodies (MCA) to HBsAg. The MCA were highly specific, stable, had sufficiently high titres in the range of 4 X 10(4) to 6 X 10(5). They were divided into 3 competition groups; a correlation was established between the appurtenance of MCA to a certain competition group, their amount, titre, and activity as "catch" antibody.
