[Effect of specific antibodies on the electrophysiological properties of the oocyte membranes in mice].

The influence of polyclonal anti-ovarian and monoclonal antibodies, reacting with cell surface membrane, on the electrical activity of mouse oocytes was studied by the intracellular microelectrode recording. The data obtained suggest that specific antibodies alter permeability and excitability of sexual cells.
