Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and adverse events of favipiravir in patients with COVID-19.
Methods: Our protocol was registered on PROSPERO (CRD42020206305). Fourteen databases were searched until February 8, 2021.
Youth with diabetes frequently have limited access to traditional camps because of the need for accessible medical staff. With organized camping becoming more specialized with regard to meeting the needs of youth, there is an increased interest in developing and examining the efficacy of programs that serve individuals in specific illness groups, such as youth with type 1 diabetes. In a collaborative effort between a local university, a diabetes center of a local hospital, and the Lions Club, a diabetes camp was created to assist youth in the management of their diabetes.

The vast genetic, developmental and sequence information available for Arabidopsis thaliana makes this an attractive organism in which to develop reliable gene-silencing tools for the plant world. We have developed a system based on the bipartite geminivirus cabbage leaf curl virus (CbLCV) that allows silencing of endogenous genes singly or in combinations in Arabidopsis.

They are ideal vectors for understanding plant gene function because of their ability to cause systemic silencing in new growth and ease of inoculation. We previously demonstrated DNA episome-mediated gene silencing from a bipartite geminivirus in Nicotiana benthamiana.

In this study, we delineated the RNA binding domain of SU(S) and evaluated its relevance to SU(S) function in vivo. As a result, we have defined two arginine-rich motifs (ARM1 and ARM2) that mediate the RNA binding activity of SU(S).
