This paper addresses the challenging task of itinerary recommendation for tourists and proposes an approach for suggesting efficient optimal itineraries in Istanbul, based on constraints. The paper presents an enhanced version of the genetic algorithm (GA), which aims to optimize the itineraries considering various constraints and preferences of the tourists. The improvement of the GA involved suggesting a customized fitness function tailored to address the complexities of the tourism problem, considering factors such as distance, time, cost, tourists' budget, and their desired activities and attractions.

Introduction: Absence of mismatch repair (MMR) genes in tumor cells or errors in the replication repair process may lead to DNA-MMR deficiency and microsatellite instability (MSI) formation. Specific tumor environments where gene variations are observed are believed to be conducive to the formation of MSI. This study aimed to determine the MSI status, MMR protein expression, and somatic mutation profile in solid organ tumors.

Knowing the concentration levels of phenolic compounds and anthocyanins in grape berries plays a key role, as these compounds significantly contribute to the nutritional value and quality of grapes, affecting both health benefits and grape quality. The current study was conducted to investigate how different tillage (disc harrow, chisel, no tillage) and organic fertilizer (Antep radish and broccoli chopped residue, olive blackwater) treatments affect the concentration of these valuable compounds in Royal grape berries over three consecutive years (2020-2022), providing insights into optimal agricultural practices for enhancing grape quality. Our results documented significant variations in phenolic and anthocyanin concentrations across different soil tillage, organic fertilizer treatments and years.
