In Japan, several rubella outbreaks in adults have erupted due to insufficient immunity against rubella virus (RUBV). Although selective immunization is being promoted along with routine rubella vaccination as its eradication strategy, serosurveillance against RUBV needs to be implemented in the generations corresponding to the vaccination transition period. In this study, a survey of anti-rubella immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody titers was conducted among young adults involved in the transitional periods of the routine rubella vaccination program.

Materials And Methods: Fifteen titanium and 15 zirconia abutments of 3 different heights (5, 8, and 11 mm) were connected to external titanium implants with titanium screws. A torque gauge was used to measure the reverse torque values before and after loading.

The present study evaluated and compared the bond strength between zirconia and facing composite resin using different surface conditioning methods before and after thermocycling. Four primers, three opaque resins, and two facing composite resins were used, and 10 surface treatment procedures were conducted. The bond strength was measured before and after 4,000 cycles of thermocycling.

Four kinds of zirconia copings were designed (a: Conventional zirconia coping with flat occlusal surface: thickness of the each coping is 0.6 mm evenly, and at the cervical margin area, the coping is adjusted sharply so as to fit preparation margin, b: Conventional zirconia coping with shoulder collar of 1 mm: thickness of the each coping is 0.

A total of 101 In-Ceram crowns with aluminium copings fabricated using the GN-I system were placed in Japanese patients. The crowns were evaluated using a California Dental Association (CDA) quality assessment system at baseline and at all follow-up examinations.
