Thyroid cancer progression from curable well-differentiated thyroid carcinoma to highly lethal anaplastic thyroid carcinoma is distinguished by tumor cell de-differentiation and recruitment of a robust stromal infiltrate. Combining an integrated thyroid cancer single-cell sequencing atlas with spatial transcriptomics and bulk RNA-sequencing, we define stromal cell subpopulations and tumor-stromal cross-talk occurring across the histologic and mutational spectrum of thyroid cancer. We identify distinct inflammatory and myofibroblastic cancer-associated fibroblast (iCAF and myCAF) populations and perivascular-like populations.

Given the variability of diabetic medication management, this study aims to identify the associated effect of glycemic control medication regimen (GCMR) on the incidence rate and associated odds of abnormal preoperative fructosamine levels among diabetic primary total knee arthroplasty or total hip arthroplasty patients.
Methods: Between 2017 and 2018, consecutive series of total hip arthroplasty and total knee arthroplasty patients were identified, and the final cohort included only diabetic patients.
Intra-tumor heterogeneity is an important driver of tumor evolution and therapy response. Advances in precision cancer treatment will require understanding of mutation clonality and subclonal architecture. Currently the slow computational speed of subclonal reconstruction hinders large cohort studies.

These enhancements can bear heavier loads and maintain the repaired patella's integrity, in contrast to traditional methods.
Method: Eighteen fresh-frozen human cadaver patellae were carefully fractured transversely at their midpoints using a saw.
