The objective of this article is to establish whether the judges depend on relevant facts, judicial rules, and the law when making their judgments or they use extraneous factors such as what a judge eats, personal ideology, beliefs, or the cultural and political environment. The discourse between the two sides is incomplete without exploring the grand theories: formalism and realism. This study examines human rights restrictions in the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (or PSBB) during the Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia that do not follow the Siracusa Principles emergency measure and limitation clause. PSBB resulted in a prolonged human rights crisis due to ineffective policies, manipulated data, and inadequate medical equipment. The author discusses the impact of Large-Scale Social Restrictions on socio-economic and socio-political rights and the government's failure to overcome the Covid-19 outbreak with an interdisciplinary perspective.

Methods: The bulbs were extracted by percolation method using -hexane solvent. The extract was tested for its antifungal activity against and by diffusion method using paper discs.

Haematology and serum aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase activities were studied during the migration phase of Stephanurus dentatus in the livers of experimentally infected pigs. There was no evidence of anaemia but total leucocyte counts were raised and peripheral eosinophilia began 2 to 3 weeks after infection. Peak eosinophilia occurred 6 to 7 weeks after infection and levels were still elevated at 20 weeks.
