Introduction: Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society launched the JEEViKA program in 2007 to improve livelihoods through the Self-Help Group (SHG) platform. Women's SHGs have shown members' health improvements by promoting awareness, practices and access to services. Background: People with malignancy of undefined primary origin (MUO) have a poor prognosis and may undergo a protracted diagnostic workup causing patient distress and high cancer related costs. Not having a primary diagnosis limits timely site-specific treatment and access to precision medicine. Although DNA methyltransferase 1 (DNMT1) and RNA editor ADAR triplications exist in Down syndrome (DS), their specific roles remain unclear. DNMT methylates DNA, yielding S-adenosine homocysteine (SAH), subsequently converted to homocysteine (Hcy) and adenosine by S-adenosine homocysteine (Hcy) hydrolase (SAHH). ADAR converts adenosine to inosine and uric acid.
