Background And Objective: Advanced breast cancer (BC) can involve the chest wall through local invasion by the primary tumor, locoregional recurrence, hematogenous metastasis, or sternum infiltration of the internal mammary chain lymph nodes. The purpose of this article is to review indications and the methods of chest wall resection and reconstruction in patients with advanced BC.
Methods: An online literature search was conducted on PubMed database using the following keywords: "chest wall reconstruction" or "chest wall resection" and "breast cancer".

Purpose: We aim to determine the current treatment patterns and recommendations among physicians for cutaneous lymphomas and to identify the types of skin lymphomas for which existing radiation regimens need improvement.
Methods And Materials: A questionnaire from the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer was distributed to all members of the Cutaneous Lymphoma Tumour Group and Radiation Oncology Scientific Council. This online survey included 13 questions regarding treatment practices for patients with cutaneous lymphoma.
Objective: FAPI-PET/CT exhibits high tumor uptake and low background accumulation, enabling high-sensitivity tumor detection. We compared the diagnostic performance of Ga-FAPI-46 PET/CT plus contrast-enhanced CT (CE-CT), F-FDG PET/CT plus CE-CT, and standalone CE-CT in patients with various malignancies.
Methods: 232 patients underwent Ga-FAPI-46 PET/CT,F-FDG PET/CT, and CE-CT each within 4 weeks.
Our rationale was to investigate whether F-FDG PET/MRI in addition to (guideline-recommended) conventional staging leads to changes in therapeutic management in patients with newly diagnosed breast cancer and compare the diagnostic accuracy of F-FDG PET/MRI with that of conventional staging for determining the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) stage. In this prospective, double-center study, 208 women with newly diagnosed, therapy-naïve invasive breast cancer were enrolled in accordance with the inclusion criteria. All patients underwent guideline-recommended conventional staging and whole-body F-FDG PET/MRI with a dedicated breast examination.
