Background: Measles is a highly contagious disease presenting a significant risk for unvaccinated infants and adults. Measles vaccination under the age of 12 months provides early protection, but has also been associated with blunting of antibody responses to subsequent measles vaccinations and assumed to have lower vaccine effectiveness.
Methods: Our study included children who received an early measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccination between 6 and 12 months of age (n=79, given in addition to the regular MMR vaccination schedule at 14 months and 9 years) and a group without additional early vaccination (n=44).
Background And Aim: The TNM classification of malignant tumours is the most commonly used system to assess the stage as well as the prognosis of cancer. However, one of the biggest challenges in treatment of breast cancer is the understanding of tumour heterogeneity typical of these carcinomas. The aim of this study was to analyse the disease-free survival and overall survival in patients with luminal A subtype of breast cancer, stratified by TNM staging system.

Materials And Methods: Twenty-seven cadavers were examined by sequential cranial CT and helical CT through the neck, thorax and abdomen and subsequently underwent an autopsy with histomorphologic examination of the pathologic specimens. The findings of CT, autopsy and histology were registered and compared by three radiologists and one specialist for forensic medicine, using a data entry form.
The primary causes of deaths for individuals with rare cancers can be difficult to diagnose clinically. Often, the symptoms implicate a variety of factors, and an autopsy is thus required to obtain the correct diagnosis. This study analyzes the death of a 45-year-old woman who reportedly died from an acute pulmonary dysfunction.
