Introduction And Importance: Post-surgical Page kidney due to large renal hematoma following percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) is a rare significant complication that may lead to loss of a kidney.
Case Presentation: A 50-year-old lady underwent elective left side PCNL for a 3 cm renal pelvis stone, and one week later, she presented back with a massive renal hematoma with high blood pressure.
Clinical Discussion: The ultrasound abdomen and computed tomography diagnosed a page kidney due to massive intrarenal and perirenal hematoma as a complication of PCNL.
A 32-year-old man investigated for subfertility and bladder outlet obstruction. He had a palpable pelvic mass and computerized tomography (CT) pelvis demonstrated that a large cystic mass (15cm) arising from right side seminal vesicle, and another small cyst from left side seminal vesicle with unilateral hydroureteronephrosis. Following a futile attempt of endoscopic drainage, mass was excised in toto via lower midline laparotomy.

Here we report a 50-year-old male who presented with milky urine and progressive weight loss, diagnosed as having nonparasitic chyluria. The patient was initially managed with a trail of diethylcarbamazine (DEC) 6 mg/kg/day for 21 days and a low-fat diet with an unsatisfactory response.
