The factors affecting the mechanical strength of coal and coal charges, deviations of the crushing capacity coefficients' actual values of coal charges from their calculated values, and the possibility of categorizing coal in relation to the degree of its resistance to crushing have been explored. The dependence permitting satisfactory precognition of the HGI value of the coal charge placed on the data of the crushing capacity coefficients of its ingredients was settled. The effect of the grinding ability of coal on its quality indicators, namely the degree of metamorphism, petrographic and elemental composition has been examined in this article.

Unlabelled: On a global scale, myocardial infarction (MI) remains one of the most important cardiological challenges of today due to persistent incidence of morbidity, disability and mortality.
Aim: The aim of study was to improve the treatment of MI combined with MS by adding a carnitine-arginine combination to the treatment protocol used in these patients.
Materials And Methods: The study included assessments of 56 patients who had acute coronary syndrome (ACS) with ST segment elevation and concomitant MS.
In patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) who underwent coronary arteries revascularization, violations of hemodynamics, metabolism and heart rate variability often develop in the postoperative period, therefore, the goal of the study was to establish the features of disturbances and the effectiveness of correction of left ventricular systolic and diastolic dysfunction and heart rate variability in stages of cardiorehabilitation in patients with acute coronary syndrome who underwent coronary arteries revascularization. The experimental group included 40 patients with ACS in the postoperative period who underwent balloon angioplasty and stenting of the coronary arteries (25 patients with ST-segment elevation ACS and 15 patients without ST-segment elevation ACS). The age of examined patients was 37 to 74 years, an average of 52.

It has been shown that the papaverine antiarthritic action is associated with its positive effects on the unspecific component of the immune-complex inflammation, viz. processes of lipid peroxidation, activity of the antioxidant system of defence as well as on the vascular tone and microcirculation.

Our observations suggest that HBs-antigenemia may play a part in the heterogeneity of rheumatoid arthritis. This is manifested by some particular features of its clinical course, by disordered immunological reactivity, the functional state of the immunity B-system in particular. The greatest benefit from antirheumatic therapy occurred in those patients who received reaferon as part of their therapeutic programme.
