We present a case of a young woman who presented with blurring of vision in her right eye, worsening on near work. Detailed ophthalmic and neurological evaluation was done, which revealed light near dissociation, vermiform iris movements, constriction to diluted pilocarpine with absent deep tendon reflexes. Laboratory investigation indicated mild iron deficiency anemia and reduced vitamin D3 level.

View Article and Find Full Text PDFThe paper represents the dynamics of hemostasis values in 42 patients with arterial hypertension of the second stage in complex treatment with combined drug tonorma (atenolon - 100 mg, nifedipine - 10 mg, chlorthalidone - 25 mg). It was established thatthe administration of a dose of 0.5-1 of tonorma tablet once a day for 30 days improves subjective state of patients: helps to normalize blood pressure, reduce headaches, dizziness, frequency of angina pectoris, diminishes malaise.

We had examined 28 patients with arterial hypertension stage II, II degree with poorly controlled blood pressure. Alotendynadministered at the dose of 5/5 (1 tablet twice daily) for 10-14 days.
