Currently during medical treatment of the patients suffering with gastrointestinal system diseases, particular attention is being devoted to the medical remedies of plant origin, which allow its protracted use during these diseases without expressed negative influence on important functions and structures of organism. Study of the dependence of the diffusion rate of active substances presented here as a multi-component plant origin dosage form, from the dissolution profile of solid dosage form in gastrointestinal tract, is an actual biopharmaceutical problem, which gives an information about the completeness of release of the active substances from the dosage form and its bioavailability. Gentin tablets developed at the department of pharmaceutical technology of Tbilisi State Medical University, presents the phytopreparation recommended for the prevention and treatment of the diseases of gastro-intestinal system.

Propofol (somnopol, diprivan) 2,6-diisoprophilphenol is a preparation of short-term, intravenous narcosis used for local and general anaesthesia through single injection or permanent infusion with the speed of 4-12 mg/kg in an hour. In this study we tried to summarize the experience of using of chromatographical methods (gas chromatography-GCH0, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), thin layer chromatography (TLCH) and combination of mass-spectrometry with GCH (GCH-MC) and HPLC (HPL-MC) to study stability, pharmacokinetics and metabolism of propofol. A labour-intensive and important work have been carried out to obtain information about propofol.

Propophol (somnopol, diprivan) is widely used in medicine for local and general narcosis through single injection or permanent infusion. Study of conjugation and metabolism of medications is considered as question of great importance, especially for substances used at anaesthesia. To study the above-mentioned questions the total complex of methods of chromatographical analysis, especially, high performance liquid chromatolgraphy (HPLC), are widely used.

The examinations of auto-transport Kazakh drivers have indicated that there is a significant reduction in some immunological parameters HLA-B5 and HLA-DR5-proliferative responses of lymphocytes to mitogens, production of interleukin-1 and interleukin-2, activity of NK and LAK-cells. It is suggested that these impairments occur with their long-term exposure to automobile transport effluents (ATE), since the same changes in immunological parameters were found previously in the experiments with animals exposed to ATE for a long time. Some of the detected immunoresponsive disorders are associated with the availability of definite HLA antigens, such as HLA-B5 and HLA-P5.
