Introduction: The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy and maternal-neonatal morbidity between balloon catheter and oxytocin for induction of labor in women with a previous cesarean section and an unfavorable cervix.
Material And Methods: This open-label randomized controlled trial took place in seven French hospitals. Inclusion criteria were medical indication for labor induction in pregnant women, ≥37 weeks, with lower segment cesarean section, Bishop score ≤4, no pre-labor rupture of membranes, singleton fetus in cephalic presentation.
Introduction: Gitelman syndrome is a rare hereditary renal tubulopathy, responsable of hypokalemia and hypomagnesaemia-related ionic disorders, which management is poorly codified during pregnancy. We report 12 cases of pregnancies with Gitelman syndrome and we compare our data with those of literature.
Material And Methods: It is a report of 12 pregnancies in 5 patients with Gitelman syndrome between 2002 and 2016.
Objective: Fraser syndrome (FS) is a rare malformation recessive disorder. Major criteria are cryptophtalmos, syndactyly, respiratory, genital and urinary tract anomalies. Few prenatal presentations have been reported.
