Introduction: Thyroid disease (TD), particularly hypothyroidism, is an important etiology of hyperprolactinemia (HPRL). We conducted a systematic review of the clinical characteristics, management, and outcomes of adults (>ā18 years) with this clinical association.
Materials And Methods: We searched PUBMED, SCOPUS, and EMBASE to find eligible articles published in English from any date till 15th December 2022.
Introduction: DENV NS2B-NS3 protease inhibitors were designed based upon the reference molecule, 4-(1,3-dioxoisoindolin-2-yl)-N-(4-ethylphenyl) benzenesulfonamide, reported by our team with the aim to optimize lead compound via rational approach. Top five best scoring molecules with zinc ids ZINC23504872, ZINC48412318, ZINC00413269, ZINC13998032 and ZINC75249613 bearing 'pyrimidin-4(3H)-one' basic scaffold have been identified as a promising candidate against DENV protease enzyme.
Methods: The shape and electrostatic complementary between identified HITs and reference molecules were found to be Tanimotoshape 0.
Purpose: Fascioliasis is a zoonotic parasitic disease spread by genus Fasciola that causes considerable health and economic losses to both humans and livestock. Pakistan is an endemic region for fascioliasis and only a few molecular studies have been conducted to describe the etiology of disease in the country.
Methods: Current study involved the molecular characterization of adult fluke specimens (nā=ā31) through ITS-1 region of rDNA collected from four host species (sheep, goats, cattle and buffaloes) of district Sargodha.
