Early Inflammatory Response of Dental Pulp in Response to Biodentin and Mineral Trioxide Aggregate as Pulp-capping Agents.

This study was carried out to observe immediate inflammatory response of Human Dental Pulp capped with Biodentin and Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA). This prospective clinical study was carried out in the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics together with the Department of Orthodontia, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), Bangladesh from 2016 to 2018. A total number of eighty (80) permanent premolars teeth planned to be extracted for orthodontic alignment of occlusion were used as study sample.
