Background: In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) and deep learning (DL) have made a considerable impact in dentistry, specifically in advancing image processing algorithms for detecting caries from radiographical images. Despite this progress, there is still a lack of data on the effectiveness of these algorithms in accurately identifying caries. This study provides an overview aimed at evaluating and comparing reviews that focus on the detection of using DL algorithms from 2D radiographs.

Methods: MEDLINE (PubMed), Embase, Cochrane Library, and gray literature were searched (inception-November 2023) to identify studies. Eligible studies were selected and data extracted.
Introduction: This review evaluates the effectiveness of treatment modalities for immature teeth with pulp necrosis, focusing on calcium hydroxide (CH) and mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) apexification, as well as regenerative endodontic treatments (RETs). Recent advancements and clinical outcomes are highlighted.
Materials And Methods: A comprehensive search of MEDLINE (PubMed), Embase, Cochrane Library, Scopus, and grey literature was conducted from inception to July 2024.
While autologous platelet concentrates (APCs) have gained traction as promising regenerative materials in recent years, their impact on wound healing and tissue regeneration in periapical hard tissue defects remains controversial. Endodontic microsurgery (EMS) has embraced the potential of platelet concentrates, particularly L-PRF (Leucocyte-Platelet-Rich Fibrin) and PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), as regenerative tools. These concentrates, rich in growth factors and other bioactive molecules, are thought to enhance healing and treatment outcomes for various endodontic conditions.

Methods: A comprehensive search was conducted using MEDLINE (PubMed), Embase, Cochrane Library, Scopus, Web of Science, and gray literature up to March 2023. Two reviewers assessed the eligibility of the included studies.
