Introduction: Early mobilization reduces long-term muscle weakness after intensive care unit (ICU) admission, but barriers (e.g., anxiety, lack of motivation) may complicate patients' adherence to exercise.

To enable DL models to process these large images, WSIs are typically divided into thousands of smaller tiles, each containing 10-50 cells. Multiple Instance Learning (MIL) is a commonly used approach, where WSIs are treated as bags comprising numerous tiles (instances) and only bag-level labels are provided during training.

Methods: Data from 978 participants aged 40-74 years from the Chinese NELCIN-B3 urban population study who underwent LDCT screening were selected. CT scans were reviewed for incidental lung findings: emphysema, bronchiectasis and airway wall thickness.
Background: Adequate pain relief, early restoration of breathing, and rapid mobilization pose a clinical challenge in patients with blunt chest trauma. Virtual reality (VR) has the potential to achieve these 3 interrelated treatment objectives with enhanced self-efficacy and autonomy of patients and limited support by clinicians.
Objective: This study aimed to assess the effectivity of breathing and physical exercises using VR on the pulmonary recovery of patients with blunt chest trauma at the ward.
Background: Vaccinations are a cornerstone of public health. However, reluctance to accepting vaccines is common. Using longitudinal data, we investigated which individual and contextual factors were associated with switching preferences from initial hesitancy or unwillingness toward acceptance of a first COVID-19 vaccination.
