Phosphorus (P) is an important nutrient for terrestrial ecosystems like grassland and plays a critical role in influencing primary productivity and hence ecosystem dynamics. The deposition of airborne dust, particularly from arid and semiarid regions, has been recognised as a significant source of phosphorus input in distant ecosystems. The study area, the Banni grassland, is a semiarid ecosystem with a unique geological history that has experienced degradation for various natural and anthropogenic reasons.

We develop tests that account for these factors. Genotype data from tetraploid F1 populations are often collected in breeding programs for mapping and genomic selection purposes.

Given the rarity of paediatric and neonatal pulmonary emboli, few guidelines exist to support the clinician in both the initial resuscitation and ongoing management of the critically ill patient with pulmonary emboli.
Case Summary: We present a 5-day-old female with unprovoked massive pulmonary embolism and associated haemodynamic compromise.
Fentanyl, a potent analgesic and addictive substance, significantly impacts sleep-wakefulness (S-W). Acutely, it promotes wake, whereas chronic abuse leads to severe sleep disruptions, including insomnia, which contributes to opioid use disorders (OUD), a chronic brain disease characterized by compulsive opioid use and harmful consequences. Although the critical association between sleep disruptions and fentanyl addiction is acknowledged, the precise mechanisms through which fentanyl influences sleep remain elusive.
