Inorganic semiconductors based on heavy pnictogen cations (Sb and Bi) have gained significant attention as potential nontoxic and stable alternatives to lead-halide perovskites for solar cell applications. A limitation of these novel materials, which is being increasingly commonly found, is carrier localization, which substantially reduces mobilities and diffusion lengths. Herein, CuSbSe is investigated and discovered to have delocalized free carriers, as shown through optical pump terahertz probe spectroscopy and temperature-dependent mobility measurements.

Early striatal accumulation has not been temporally quantified with respect to global cortical measures.
Methods: Longitudinal PiB (n=175 participants) and FBP (n=92 participants) data from the Alzheimer Biomarkers Consortium-Down Syndrome were used to measure cortical and striatal binding.

Since the advent of formamidinium (FA)-based perovskite photovoltaics (PVs), significant performance enhancements have been achieved. However, a critical challenge persists: the propensity for void formation in the perovskite film at the buried perovskite-interlayer interface has a deleterious effect on device performance. With most emerging perovskite PVs adopting the p-i-n architecture, the specific challenge lies at the perovskite-hole transport layer (HTL) interface, with previous strategies to overcome this limitation being limited to specific perovskite-HTL combinations; thus, the lack of universal approaches represents a bottleneck.

The recent listing of the phenolic benzotriazole UV-328 in Annex A and a draft nomination of three cyclic volatile methylsiloxanes (cVMS) for Annex B draw attention to the fact that many chemicals are subject to LRET and that this can lead to questionable nominations. The nomination of UV-328 and the draft nomination of cVMS also raise the spectre of regrettable substitutions.
