[The x-ray diagnosis of a predisposition to nephrogenic pulmonary edema in glomerulonephritis patients].

To develop criteria for determining predisposition to pulmonary edema in patients with glomerulonephritis, clinical, laboratory and X-ray examinations were made in 697 patients with glomerulonephritis at different stages of its development. X-ray examination included chest tele X-ray and its densitometric analysis. Twenty two patients underwent computerized tomography with histographic analysis.

[An educational management system for the postgraduate training of physician-radiologists].

The paper is devoted to the development of a system of program-oriented postgraduate education of radiologists based methodologically on acquiring professional knowledge and skills. Educational goals were adapted for each subject area. Matrix analysis and plotting of a logical structure graph were used for a choice of the final goals of education.

[The x-ray diagnosis of exudative pericarditis].

Venous hypertension of lesser circulation was used as a criterion for differential diagnosis of diffuse lesion of the myocardium and exudative pericarditis. In 57 patients (31 with diffuse myocardial lesion and 26 with exudative pericarditis) the results of assessment of common x-ray symptoms were compared with signs of venous hypertension in this disease. The presence or absence of venous hypertension in the recognition of exudate into the pericardial cavity was emphasized.
