Sarcoidosis is a multisystem disorder which, in rare cases, can affect the urogenital tract. The clinical presentation of this benign inflammatory disorder can easily mimic that of testicular malignancy. Therefore, it is crucial to differentiate between these two entities, as misdiagnosis may lead to unnecessary surgical interventions, which have important implications for future fertility.
