In the tissue regeneration field, stem cell transplantation represents a promising therapeutic strategy. To favor their implantation, proliferation and differentiation need to be controlled. Several studies have demonstrated that stem cell fate can be controlled by applying continuous electric field stimulation.

H-NMR-based metabonomics data of the serum samples of patients with arterial or venous thromboembolism (VTE) without APS (n = 32), thrombotic primary APS patients (APS, n = 32), and healthy controls (HCs) (n = 32) were investigated. Unique metabolic profiles between VTE and HCs, APS and HCs, and between VTE and triple-positive APS groups were indicative of the significant alterations in the metabolic pathways of glycolysis, the TCA cycle, lipid metabolism, and branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) metabolism, and pointed to the complex pathogenesis mechanisms of APS and VTE.

Hence, it is important to diagnose and treat it early. is resistant to certain drugs in traditional eradication therapy, so alternative therapy protocols are needed, such as high-dose amoxicillin dual therapy (HDADT).

Despite recent advances in treatment approaches, the prognosis of advanced CRC remains poor, thus indicating the necessity of more effective treatments for CRC patients. CRC cells produce high levels of hepcidin, a peptide hormone that binds to the membrane-bound ferroportin and promotes its internalization and degradation, thus sequestering iron into the cancer cells with the downstream effect of enhancing tumor growth.
