Introduction Human errors are a leading cause of disability and death among hospitalized patients. Globally, various strategies have been employed to reduce errors and to improve the quality of patient care. One such novel effort never attempted before is the Health-QUEST (Quality Upgradation Enabled by Space Technology) initiative which aims at translating the best quality and safety practices of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) into the realm of emergency care.

This research introduces an innovative framework called the Triple Vague (TV) structure for Superiority and Inferiority Ranking (SIR) within the context of MCDM. This framework incorporates interval fuzzy numbers and hesitant fuzzy numbers, including negative interval fuzzy numbers for different vague ideas.

Vermiremediation of engine oil contaminated soil employing indigenous earthworms, Drawida modesta and Lampito mauritii.

Engine oil consists of hazardous substances that adversely affect the environment and soil quality. Bioremediation (employing organisms) is an appropriate technique to mitigate engine oil pollution. In the present study, the earthworm species, Drawida modesta (epigeic) and Lampito mauritii (anecic) were used to restore the soil polluted with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPHs) from used engine oil.

A Pd-catalysed regioselective synthesis of 4,5-disubstituted 7-membered N/O-heterocycles was achieved the 7- cyclization followed by C-C bond formation of 2-(1-alkynyl)phenylacetamide.
