Reduced expression of the IGFBP6 protein leads to an increase in the metastatic potential of breast cancer (BC) cells. The level of protein synthesis in tumor cells is increased, leading to a compensatory adjustment of proteostasis. One of the tools used to study proteostasis is protein toxins of the RIP-II family, which irreversibly inactivate ribosomes (particularly, viscumin).

The purpose of the study is to substantiate the basis for information value of hygienic indices of peat soils with low levels of oil contamination: from background values to exceeding the latters as much as 10-20 times, to apply in the study results in hygienic monitoring and oil regulation. The study was performed in accordance with the current methodological regulations.
