Microstructure and texture evolution of directed-laser deposited super-duplex stainless-steel, in the as-received block, were characterized using light and electron microscopies and electron backscattered diffraction. Mechanical properties in different directions were studied. Local FCC-depleted and FCC-rich zones and extensive precipitation of oxides were detected at the matrix wherein the different types of reformed austenite were surrounded by the elongated coarse ferrite.

Differences in health outcomes between neighbourhoods may be attributed to neighbourhood socio-economic status (SES). Additional to differences in health, neighbourhood differences in child wellbeing could also be attributed to neighbourhood SES.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFAims: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an innovative postnatal risk assessment (the postnatal Rotterdam Reproductive Risk Reduction checklist: R4U) and corresponding care pathways in Preventive Child Healthcare (PCHC), along with PCHC professional satisfaction.
Design: Four PCHC organizations located in three municipalities with a higher adverse perinatal outcome than the national average were selected for participation. The study concerns a historically controlled study design.
Objectives: The WHO recommends that children and adolescents living with HIV (CALHIV) complete TB symptom screening at every clinical encounter but evidence supporting this recommendation is limited. We evaluated the performance of the recommended TB symptom screening in six high-burden TB/HIV countries.
Design: Retrospective longitudinal cohort.
Aim: To introduce the rationale and design of a postnatal risk assessment study, which will be embedded in Preventive Child Health Care. This study will evaluate: (a) the predictive value of an innovative postnatal risk assessment, meant to assess the risk of growth and developmental problems in young children; and (b) its effectiveness in combination with tailored care pathways.
Design: This study concerns a historically controlled study design and is designed as part of the Healthy Pregnancy 4 All-2 program.
