Purpose: We conducted a phase I/II study evaluating nivolumab plus doxorubicin, vinblastine, dacarbazine (N-AVD) as frontline therapy for treatment-naïve older adults (OA) with classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL; ClinicalTrials.gov identifier: NCT03033914).

Methods: Patients age ≥60 years with newly diagnosed, any stage, cHL were treated with six cycles of AVD at standard doses plus nivolumab 240 mg intravenously once every 2 weeks (on days 1 and 15) of each cycle.

Aims: Unusual morphologic patterns of breast carcinomas can raise diagnostic consideration for metastasis or special breast cancer subtypes with management implications. We describe rare invasive breast cancers that mimic serous carcinoma of the gynaecologic tract (serous-like breast carcinomas, SLBC) and characterize their clinicopathologic, immunophenotypic, and genetic features.

Methods And Results: All patients were female (n = 15, median age 49 years) without a history of gynaecologic malignancy.

Background: Multiplexed Assays of Variant Effects (MAVEs) can test all possible single variants in a gene of interest. The resulting saturation-style functional data may help resolve variant classification disparities between populations, especially for Variants of Uncertain Significance (VUS).

Methods: We analyzed clinical significance classifications in 213,663 individuals of European-like genetic ancestry versus 206,975 individuals of non-European-like genetic ancestry from All of Us and the Genome Aggregation Database.

Introduction: Early detection of cardiac sarcoidosis (CS) is crucial due to its association with severe complications such as ventricular arrhythmias, heart failure, and sudden cardiac death. Advanced imaging techniques like cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) and 18F-Fluorodeoxyglucose Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography (FDG-PET/CT) are effective in detecting CS but not easily accessible. The optimal method for selecting patients for advanced screening remains uncertain.
