The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship between basic psychological needs satisfaction, coping functions, cognitive appraisals, emotions, and psychobiosocial experiences in competitive athletes. Multi-states (MuSt) theory was used as the theoretical framework. The study involved a convenience sample of 183 Italian athletes (102 men), aged 16 to 48 years (M = 24.

A rare but serious infection that may occur in these patients is Cryptococcus, an encapsulated fungus that typically infects immunocompromised individuals. Cryptococcus infections often present as pneumonia but can disseminate to the central nervous system, potentially causing meningitis.

These include pressure and/or volume overload, hypoxia, ischemia, and periprocedural surgical stress leading to remodeling, maladaptation, dilation hypertrophy and dysfunction. This review examines the macroscopic remodeling of the RV in various forms of CHD and explores remodeling trajectories, along with the effects of surgeries and residual lesion repair, in tetralogy of Fallot, Ebstein anomaly, congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries, transposition of the great arteries with atrial switch surgery, and single ventricle palliated by Fontan.

However, nonlinear impairments (NLI) affect each optical channel in the C+L+S bands differently, and, therefore, the routing and spectrum assignment (RSA) problem needs to be complemented with fast and accurate tools to consider the quality of transmission (QoT) within the provisioning process. This paper proposes a digital twin-assisted approach for lightpath provisioning to provide a complete solution for the RSA problem that ensures the required QoT in MB optical networks.

Over the years, significant efforts have been made to characterize the risk associated with their exposure. However, assessing their toxicity has so far been elusive due to the lack of adequate models that closely mimic the physiological conditions of human cells .
