Context: The study of epidemiological changes of traumatic spinal cord injury (TSCI) is needed due to its highly variable incidence.
Objective: To determine the incidence of TSCI in Spain and to describe the trend of clinical and demographic characteristics according to age group during a 10-year period.
Methods: A prospective cohort study was conducted.
Study Design: Systematic review and meta-analysis.
Objective: To compare early (<24h) versus late (>24h) spinal cord decompression on neurological recovery in patients with acute spinal cord injury.
Methods: A systematic review was performed according to the PRISMA protocol to identify studies published up to December 2022.

Introduction: SCIWORA has a low incidence but a high functional repercussion. The aim of the present study was to characterize the epidemiology of this clinical-radiological condition and evaluate functional outcome with a mean of 10-years follow-up.
Material And Methods: Observational, longitudinal ambispective cohort study.
