Improvement of the Ferroelectric Response of La-Doped Hafnium Zirconium Oxide Employing Tungsten Oxide Interfacial Layer with Back-End-of-Line Compatibility.

In this work, the impact of a tungsten oxide (WO) seed and capping layer for ferroelectric La-doped (Hf, Zr)O (La:HZO) based capacitors, designed with back-end-of-line (BEOL) compatibility, is systematically investigated. The WO capping layer supplies oxygen to the La:HZO layer throughout the fabrication process and during device cycling. This facilitates the annihilation of oxygen vacancies (V) within the La:HZO layer, thereby stabilizing its ferroelectric orthorhombic phase and resulting in an increase of the remanent polarization (P) value in the capacitor.

Significant Oxygen Underestimation When Quantifying Barium-Doped SrTiO Layers by Atom Probe Tomography.

In this paper, the capability for quantifying the composition of Ba-doped SrTiO layers from an atom probe measurement was explored. Rutherford backscattering spectrometry and time-of-flight/energy elastic recoil detection were used to benchmark the composition where the amount of titanium was intentionally varied between samples. The atom probe results showed a significant divergence from the benchmarked composition.

This study aims to contribute to the knowledge of the medieval Moldovan economy by evaluating animal resources (e.g., animal husbandry, hunting, fishing) based on the skeletal remains found in archaeologic sites from northeastern Romania and the Republic of Moldova.

Benefits of Using Smartphones and Other Digital Methods in Achieving Better Cardiac Rehabilitation Goals: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.

BACKGROUND The importance of introducing digital technology as an alternative to classical cardiac rehabilitation has been discussed in several reviews. The purpose of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to analyze the effectiveness of digital technology use in cardiac rehabilitation to determine whether digital methods like use of smartphones, compared to traditional rehabilitation methods, can improve the overall quality of life and exercise capacity of cardiac patients. MATERIAL AND METHODS PubMed, EMBASE, and ScienceDirect were systematically searched in a randomized manner, resulting in 11 randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that met all the inclusion criteria.
