Polarization-independent full-color holographic movie with a single metasurface free from crosstalk.

Metasurface holograms offer advantages, such as a wide viewing angle, compact size, and high resolution. However, projecting a full-color movie using a single hologram without polarization dependence has remained challenging. Here, we report a full-color dielectric metasurface holographic movie with a resolution of 512 × 512.

TP53 Mutations and PD-L1 Amplification in Vulvar Adenocarcinoma of the Intestinal Type: Insights From Whole Exome Sequencing of 2 Cases.

Vulvar adenocarcinoma of the intestinal type (VAIt) is a rare subtype of primary vulvar carcinoma, with ∼30 cases documented in the English literature. This study presents 2 new cases of HPV-independent VAIt with lymph node metastasis and discusses their clinical presentation, histopathologic features, and whole exome sequencing (WES) analysis. Both cases exhibited histologic features consistent with VAIt, including tubular, papillary, and mucinous carcinoma components.

Extracellular Regucalcin: A Potent Suppressor in the Cancer Cell Microenvironment.

The regucalcin gene is located on the X chromosome, comprising seven exons and six introns. This gene and protein are expressed in various tissues and cells and is predominantly expressed in human liver, kidney, and adrenal tissues. Regucalcin gene expression is enhanced via a mechanism mediated by several signaling molecules and transcription factors.

Efficacy and safety of avacopan in antineutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibody-associated vasculitis: a retrospective cohort study in Japan.

Background: Avacopan, an oral C5a receptor antagonist, demonstrated efficacy as an alternative to glucocorticoid therapy in patients with antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis (AAV) in the phase 3 ADVOCATE trial. However, limited real-world data exist on the outcomes and experiences associated with avacopan use for AAV in Japan.

Methods: We performed a single-centre retrospective analysis and evaluated 21 patients with newly diagnosed or relapsed AAV who received avacopan.
