Aim: To discuss inter-organisational collaboration in the context of the successful COVID-19 vaccination programme in North Central London (NCL).
Design: An action research study in 2023-2024.
Methods: Six action research cycles used mixed qualitative methods.
This paper explores the application of positionality and reflexivity drawing on the experience of a British Minority Ethnic (BME) group senior nurse researching nurses with the same ethnic heritage in an IPA study. It explores how using IPA informed reflexivity and positionality as a researcher who shared the same ethnicity with the research participants. The IPA study allowed for the exploration of Internationally Educated Nurses' (IENs) perspectives on their integration into British healthcare and their navigation of career progression.

Design: Desk-based analysis of REF2021 published data.
Methods: We searched the REF2021 impact database with the term nurs* then sorted case studies into categories representing the involvement of nurses on the research team.

Nursing students' integration of theoretical knowledge and practical abilities is facilitated by their practice of nursing skills in a clinical environment. A key role of preceptors is to assess the learning goals that nursing students must meet while participating in clinical practice. Consequently, the purpose of this study was to explore the current evidence in relation to competency assessment and assessment approaches, and the willingness of preceptors for assessing nursing students' competency in a clinical setting.
