The aim of the work was to study changes in local microhemodynamic indices in drug addicted patients in the course of the treatment of chronic odontogenic osteomyelitis. Assessment of tissue blood flow in gingival mucosa in patients with chronic osteomyelitis was performed using Laser doppler flowmetry.
