[Effect of the use of lidocaine on patients with acute myocardial infarct].

In 411 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) the effect of intravenous lidocaineeee administration was studied in a suboptimal dose - under 1,5 mg/min (to 1979) and in the optimal dose - over 1,5 mg/min, minimum 2 mg/min during the first 12 hours, with an average 24 h dose, 3,0 g in the course of 48 hours. The patients were grouped into three prognostic groups, depending on their initial assessment according to the coronaryprognostic index of M. R.

[Alpha cholesterol in ischemic heart disease and myocardial infarct].

Alpha-cholesterol is one of the risk factors for the manifestation of myocardial infarction. The authors examined 48 patients with ischemic heart disease, complicated with myocardial infarction, 28 males and 20 females, aged from 40 to 60, treated at the Clinic of Cardiovascular Diseases with Intensive Unit, RIID--Med. Academy.

[Clinical dynamic ECG observations of the physical load tolerance of myocardial infarct patients].

Dynamic ECG observations are reported after a full day interval motor programme, applied with four motor regimes on patients with myocardial infarction under clinical conditions. The motor programme was used for the treatment of 241 patients, distributed into 2 groups. Observation on the effect of peak physical loading at the end of each motor regime was also reported.
