Materials And Methods: A total of 43 patients presented with suspicion of penile fracture between January 2006 and December 2016. Magnetic resonance imaging was performed in 28 patients prior to surgical treatment in the emergency setting.
Saphenous vein graft (SVG) aneurysms (SVGA) after renal transplantation represents a rare vascular complication with subsequent challenging multidisciplinary treatment. We present a case of a 30-year-old female who received a live donor kidney transplantation for end-stage renal disease that was caused due to the hemolytic uremic syndrome. Postoperatively, an insufficient graft perfusion due to an arterial kinking was noted and repaired using an autologous SVG interposition.

There has been much speculation in the literature about the effect of the prospective payment system (PPS) on the home care industry but few reports of systematic investigation. Clearly, comprehension of client characteristics is essential for categorizing home care clients into the correct Home Health Resource Groups, for allocating resources appropriately, and for implementing necessary organizational changes to accommodate clients who require variations in the amount of resources predicted by the PPS. The purposes of this study were to compare the characteristics of home health clients that resulted in a financial gain or a financial loss for one agency under the PPS with those of the interim payment system.

The purpose was to identify and detail how such strategies were accomplished and to examine the implications of these strategies from a social and participatory perspective. Review of a large, authentic database resulted in identification of 38 videotaped conversation sequences characterized by the initiation of a word search by an aphasic speaker and the joining of this search by the conversation partner.

Results indicated that, in this instance, reliable CIU measures could not be obtained. Intrarater reliability for CIU and %CIU was low, reaching only 72%, and interrater reliability was never greater than 63%.
