: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remains a significant global health concern, primarily due to the limited efficacy of targeted therapies, which are often compromised by drug resistance and adverse side effects. : In this study, we utilized a Tandem Mass Tag (TMT)-based quantitative proteomic approach to analyze global protein expression and serine/threonine/tyrosine (S/T/Y) phosphorylation modifications in HepG2 cells following treatment with three clinically relevant hepatocellular carcinoma-targeted agents: apatinib, regorafenib, and lenvatinib. : Utilizing KEGG pathway enrichment analysis, biological process enrichment analysis, and protein interaction network analysis, we elucidated the common and specific metabolic pathways, biological processes, and protein interaction regulatory networks influenced by three liver cancer therapeutics.

However, the impact of SIRT6-PPARα pathway on NAFLD phenotype has not yet been reported. Qige decoction (QG), a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula, is widely applied to treat disorders of glycolipid metabolism.

We assessed FGFR2b protein overexpression prevalence in nearly 3,800 tumor samples as part of the prescreening process for a global phase III study in patients with newly diagnosed advanced or metastatic GC.
Methods: As of June 28, 2024, 3,782 tumor samples from prescreened patients from 37 countries for the phase III FORTITUDE-101 trial (ClinicalTrials.
Influenced by urban expansion, population growth, and various socio-economic activities, land use in the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) area has undergone prominent changes. Modifications in land use have resulted in adjustments to ecological structures, leading to subsequent fluctuations in carbon storage. This study focuses on YRD region and analyzes the characteristics of land use changes in the area using land use data from 2000 to 2020, with a 10-year interval.
