Experiences and expectations of parents when young people with congenital heart disease transfer from pediatric to adult care: A qualitative systematic review.

Parents encounter challenges when their child with congenital heart disease is transferred from pediatric to adult care. Until recently these parents' experiences and expectations of their child's transfer have received less attention. This systematic review aims to identify and synthesize qualitative evidence on parental experiences and expectations about their child's transfer from pediatric to adult care using a meta-aggregation approach.

Brodalumab Versus Guselkumab in Patients with Moderate-to-Severe Psoriasis with an Inadequate Response to Ustekinumab: A Randomized, Multicenter, Double-Blind Phase 4 Trial (COBRA).

Introduction: Despite improved treatment options for plaque psoriasis within the last decades, some patients still have an inadequate response to treatment. Direct clinical evaluation between therapies used after biologic failure could facilitate physicians' choice of treatment.

Methods: COBRA (NCT04533737) was a randomized (1:1), blinded (patient and assessor), 28-week, active-comparator trial conducted in Europe from December 2020 to December 2022.

Prehabilitation before elective coronary artery bypass grafting surgery: a scoping review.

Objective: The objective of this scoping review was to identify and map existing preoperative interventions, referred to as prehabilitation, in adult patients at home awaiting elective coronary artery bypass grafting surgery. This review also sought to report feasibility and patient experiences to shape clinical practice and underpin a future systematic review.

Exposure to Tramadol During Early Pregnancy and Risk of Spontaneous Abortion or Major Congenital Malformations.

Objective: To investigate whether exposure to tramadol during early pregnancy is associated with an increased risk of spontaneous abortion or major congenital malformations.

Methods: The study is a nationwide cohort study including all registered pregnancies in Denmark between January 1, 1997, and December 31, 2016. The Danish National Prescription Register was used to identify maternal exposure to tramadol.

Ciprofloxacin exposure and adverse pregnancy outcomes: A Danish nationwide cohort study.

Objective: To examine the association between maternal exposure to ciprofloxacin and the risk of miscarriage and major malformations.

Design: A nationwide register-based cohort study.

Setting: Data were obtained from the Medical Birth Registry, the National Hospital Registry, the Danish National Prescription Registry and Statistics Denmark.
