Doping gold nanoparticles within covalent organic frameworks (AuNPs@COFs) has garnered enormous momentum due to their unique properties and broad applications. Nevertheless, prevailing multi-step synthesis is plagued with low time efficiency, eco-unfriendliness, and tedious protocols. Herein, we introduce a rapid, sustainable, one-step mechanochemical strategy for synthesizing AuNPs-doped COFs via steel ball milling within an hour under ambient conditions.

Analysing them is essential for understanding changes in viral behaviour, disease patterns, severity, and response to treatment. Nevertheless, data are scarce in low- and middle-income countries.

The methanol extract (MES) and its fractions, including petroleum ether (PES), carbon tetrachloride (TES), chloroform (CES), and aqueous soluble fractions (AES), were tested for their antioxidant, cytotoxic, analgesic, and sedative properties on Swiss albino mice. In addition, we used GCMS to determine the bioactive compounds present in the MES of .

Although water quality monitoring is a known phenomenon, little effort has been made to offer a comprehensive and harmonized dataset for surface water at the global scale. This study presents a comprehensive surface water quality dataset that preserves spatio-temporal variability, integrity, consistency, and depth of the data to facilitate empirical and data-driven evaluation, prediction, and forecasting.

Monoclonal antibodies targeting the virulence factor TcdB reduce disease recurrence, suggesting that an inadequate anti-TcdB response to CDI leads to recurrence. In patients with CDI, we discovered that IL33 measured at diagnosis predicts future recurrence, leading us to test the role of IL33 signaling in the induction of humoral immunity during CDI.
