Unusual Clinical Presentation of a Benign Peripheral Nerve Sheath Tumor of the Radial Nerve.

Diagnosis of simple benign peripheral nerve tumors (PNT) is usually based on imaging studies and in most cases, surgical excision leads to no significant functional deficit. The clinical presentation is often asymptomatic with incidental imaging findings. We present an unusual clinical presentation of a benign peripheral nerve sheath tumor of the radial nerve.

Correction of the Over-resected Nose.

Overzealous reduction during rhinoplasty may result in manifold functional as well as aesthetic injuries to the nose and is a prevailing antecedent of revision rhinoplasty. Objective To compare two dimensional (2D), three-dimensional (3D) non-high-definition (HD), and 3D HD endoscopic surgical techniques. Methods We describe our initial operative experience with a novel 3D HD endoscopic endonasal approach involving a pituitary adenoma resection, provide a case series, and review the current literature. This is the first case in Europe using the new 3D HD endoscope.
