A Curious Case of Clear Cell Morphology in a Patient with Lung Cancer: Diagnostic Challenges.

An 82-year-old woman with COPD presented to the emergency department with cough, increasing sputum production, wheezing, and worsening shortness of breath for two weeks. On imaging studies, the patient was found to have a right upper lobe spiculated nodule and an endobronchial lesion with near total occlusion of the right lower lobe bronchus with sub-segmental atelectasis. Bronchoscopy with EBUS-TBNA of subcarinal and right hilar lymph nodes revealed lung cancer with clear cell phenotype.

Ethnoprimatology reveals new extended distribution of critically endangered banded langur Presbytis femoralis (Martin, 1838) in Pahang, Malaysia: Insights from indigenous traditional knowledge and molecular analysis.

The banded langur (Presbytis femoralis) is a critically endangered primate, which within Malaysia has not been known to extend significantly outside the state of Johor. Traditionally, distribution studies on this highly threatened primate have relied on conventional methods such as DNA identification, live counting, and camera trapping. However, ethnoprimatology offers an alternative approach to data collection, involving the active participation of indigenous and local communities possessing valuable knowledge and experience with local primate species.

Management of Adverse Reactions for BCMA-Directed Therapy in Relapsed Multiple Myeloma: A Focused Review.

Anti-B-cell maturation antigen therapies consisting of bispecific antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, and chimeric antigen receptor T cells have shown promising results in relapsed refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM). However, the severe side effects include cytokine release syndrome, immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome, cytopenia(s), infections, hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, and organ toxicity, which could sometimes be life-threatening. This review focuses on these most common complications post-BCMA therapy.

Parents' Knowledge and Attitudes toward Preschool's Oral Health and Early Childhood Caries.

Aim: The present cross-sectional study was done to evaluate the attitudes and knowledge of caregivers toward oral health and early childhood caries (ECC) in preschool children in the Jazan population.

Materials And Methods: The present cross-sectional study was carried out on 105 study subjects, including parents of children, using a self-administered structured questionnaire. The demographic variables and information regarding the awareness and knowledge of caregivers were recorded.
