The foundation of the turbo-generator comprises a generator, turbine, and associated equipment situated on the top of the frame foundation, which consists of a bottom raft, top deck, and columns. The current study examines how the geometrical characteristics of the frame foundation, such as slab thickness, column dimensions, and length, affect the dynamic displacement response and the natural frequencies of the frame foundation. The work is done through 3-D dynamic modal and harmonic analyses using Ansys Workbench finite element software.

The new 3D MRI sequence VISTA (Volume ISotopic Turbo spin echo Acquisition) can improve detection and characterization of perianal fistula compared with two-dimensional (2D) sequences.

Unlabelled: The present study outlines an easy, cheap, and environmentally friendly way to make -mediated bimetallic silver-copper nanocomposites (Ag/Cu) that can fight cancer and germs. The gram-positive synthesized Ag, Cu, and their bi-metallic nanocomposites extracellularly. We aimed to prepare the bimetallic nanocomposite in two different ways, and we compared them in terms of characterization and biological applications.

We examine gastrointestinal disruptions, specifically impaired intestinal barrier integrity and microbial dysbiosis, as contributors to these comorbidities.
Recent Findings: HIV infection compromises the intestinal epithelial barrier, increasing permeability and microbial translocation, which trigger inflammation and cellular stress.
In this project, we conducted micro-beam sensitivity mapping using the Diamond Light Source (DLS) synchrotron. We fabricated three samples with distinct metal contacts: Platinum (HPS-Pt) and Aluminium/Platinum (HPS-Al/Pt) on high-quality single crystal CVD diamond, and Platinum (VS-Pt) on lower purity single crystal CVD diamond. Our objective was to identify the most suitable sample for synchrotron measurements, particularly focusing on the lower purity sample due to its unique characteristics, such as thin nitrogen lines and substrate area.
