Early and adequate correction of the anemic syndrome (AS) of cancer patients can prevent deterioration in the quality of life and be considered as a reserve for increasing the effectiveness of treatment for breast cancer (BC). The aim of the study was to assess the status of iron using modern methods of ferrokinetics in breast cancer patients on the background of adjuvant chemotherapy for early diagnosis and adequate treatment of AS.
