State-of-the-art climate models project a substantial decline in precipitation for the Mediterranean region in the future. Supporting this notion, several studies based on observed precipitation data spanning recent decades have suggested a decrease in Mediterranean precipitation, with some attributing a large fraction of this change to anthropogenic influences. Conversely, certain researchers have underlined that Mediterranean precipitation exhibits considerable spatiotemporal variability driven by atmospheric circulation patterns maintaining stationarity over the long term.

GC/MS analysis revealed that linoleic (39.

We present the validation of the Solo-test Driver panel, a custom NGS amplicon-based tool for DNA analysis of 34 oncogenes, addressing key clinical needs.
Methods: The panel's performance was validated for detecting SNVs, CNVs, and MSI.
The largest area in the adult mammalian brain that contains stem and progenitor cells at different stages of differentiation is the subventricular zone located along the lateral wall of the lateral ventricle. We have previously shown in adult monkeys that transient global cerebral ischemia upregulates the expression of hundreds of genes in this zone, including genes known to be related to stemness in the rodent brain. Here, we analyzed the immunophenotype of two of these genes, and , by co-expression experiments, applying a panel of known stem/progenitor-cell-related markers.

They include differentiation between patient cohorts, a variety of experimental conditions, etc. We presented a machine-learning-based workflow for proteomics data analysis, aiming at improving generalizability across multiple data sets.
