[Using diet therapy based on complex assessment of nutritional status in patient with cardiovascular diseases and obesity].

The study involved 120 patients with arterial hypertension and coronary heart disease (CHD). The parameters of metabolic status were investigated. Assessed effects of antiatherogenic diet supplemented with "Normoprotein" on main cardiovascular parameters, parameters of anthropometry, lipid profile parameters.

[The effect of diet with the sour-milk product enriched with amaranth on parameters of antioxigen protection at patients with a cardiovascular pathology].

Investigation of influence of an antisclerotic diet with a probiotical sour-milk product enriched with an extract of leaves of an amaranth in patients with ishemic heart disease and hypertension was conducted. As a result of a diet were positive dynamic of clinic manifestation, lipid spectrum of blood, coagulogramms and antioxigen status.

[The use of nutritional antioxidants for the correction of metabolic disorders of cardiovascular patients].

The effectiveness of complex dietary therapy, comprising the use of nutritional antioxidants, for patients with degree I-II essential hypertension and CHD has been evaluated. It is found that the including of soy isoflavones and selenium into the nutrition had a positive effect on the clinical presentation of disease, lipid metabolism, organism antioxidant status, indices of blood coagulation and anticoagulation systems.
