Pregnancies resulting from assisted reproductive techniques (ART) are increasingly prevalent worldwide. While most pregnancies conceived through fertilization (IVF) progress without complications, mounting evidence suggests that these pregnancies are at a heightened risk of adverse perinatal outcomes. A case of a 33 year old woman G7P6A1, with preterm premature rupture of membranes at 20 weeks of gestation and asymptomatic intramniotic infection is reported.
