This study investigates modeling the dynamics of a 3D translational parallel manipulator with closed chains using feedforward neural networks (FFNNs). The dataset exceeds 50,000 samples, incorporating experimental data collected from a robot prototype using MATLAB® real-time workshop and the National Instruments DAQ toolbox, as well as CAD simulation data from MSC ADAMS software. While achieving satisfactory mean squared error (MSE), some predictions did not fully capture the manipulator's dynamics, with small overfitting observed.

Objective: To asses miR-379-5p expression in endometrial cancer (EC) and its correlation with ROR1 expression and to investigate the relation between miR-379-5p and ROR1 expressions and the clinicopathological picture of EC.

Methods: Fifty female of EC were joined to this study. The gene expression of miR-379-5p (by quantitative real time-PCR) and ROR1 (by quantitative real time-PCR and immunohistochemistry) were studied in EC and normal nearby endometrial tissue.

Metallic glass (MG) is a promising coating material developed to enhance the surface hardness of metallic substrates, with laser cladding having become popular to develop such coatings. MGs properties are affected by the laser cladding variables (laser power, scanning speed, spot size). Meanwhile, the substrate surface roughness significantly affects the geometry and hardness of the laser-cladded MG.
